Origin 01
Huila, Colombia
Red apple and caramel, with a round, syrupy body that holds up to milk if that's how you take it.
Whole-bean subscription · Small batch
One 250 g bag of whole beans per delivery, for your pour-over or AeroPress, sent every 2 or 4 weeks. Pause, skip or cancel whenever you like — no account gymnastics, no minimum deliveries.
Roasted 3 days before shipPhoto: what lands on your counter, not in a tasting room.
How the subscription works
No tiers to decode and no coffee vocabulary required. Pick a rhythm, tell us how you brew, and we handle the roasting calendar.
A 250 g bag every 2 weeks if you drink daily, every 4 weeks if you brew a cup or two at a time. $16 per bag either way — the cadence doesn't change the price.
Pour-over, AeroPress, or whole bean for your own grinder. We ship the current origins in rotation, roasted to match how you make it — you can swap or lock an origin whenever one is running out.
Every bag is roasted within 3 days of shipping and stamped with that date. Pause, skip a delivery or cancel from your account at any time — there's no minimum number of bags to get through first.
In rotation now
Your first bag ships with whichever of these is freshest off the roaster. Swap or lock one in from your account.

Origin 01
Red apple and caramel, with a round, syrupy body that holds up to milk if that's how you take it.

Origin 02
Jasmine and bergamot up front, then a clean citrus sweetness. Best as a pour-over, brewed light.

Origin 03
Cocoa and cedar, heavy-bodied and low in acidity. The one to reach for at 6 a.m. before you're awake.
Why the date matters
3
days max,
roast to ship
250
grams
per bag
Roasted coffee starts losing its aromatics the moment it comes off the drum. The bag you find on a supermarket shelf has usually been sitting there for months — the date is often printed in tiny type, if it's printed at all.
Freshness isn't a flavour preference; it's arithmetic. The compounds that make a coffee smell like fruit or flowers are gases, and they escape through the one-way valve whether you open the bag or not. Buy within days of roasting and most of them are still in the bean when you grind it.
What we do about it
We ship whole bean for the same reason: ground coffee gives up its aromatics in a matter of hours. Grind just before you brew and the clock restarts in your favour.

Before you subscribe
Short answers, no coffee jargon. If something isn't here, it's because we didn't want to make the subscription harder than buying a bag of beans.
Whole bean only. Ground coffee loses most of its aroma within hours of grinding, and a bag that has been sitting ground in a warehouse is the reason your home brew never tastes like the café's. Grind just before you brew.
Medium-fine for a pour-over, fine for an AeroPress. Since the beans arrive whole, that's yours to dial in — start at the middle of your grinder's range and adjust by taste. Sour means grind finer; bitter or harsh means grind coarser.
One 250 g bag every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks — $16 per bag either way. Choose the rhythm when you sign up, change it whenever, and the price doesn't move.
All three, any time, from your own account. Skip one delivery if you're travelling, pause for as long as you need, or cancel outright — there's no minimum number of bags and nothing to phone someone about.
By default your bag rotates through whichever origins are currently on the shelf. Lock one in if you've found your coffee, or swap it out from your account before the next roast date.
Yes — every bag goes off the roaster within 3 days of shipping, and the roast date is printed on the bag so you can check it yourself. That date is the whole point of the subscription; a supermarket shelf can't offer it.
